Louise has served me for six years in my home, initially in a full-time role and now as a team leader, supervising other home aides. I was fortunate to celebrate my 103rd birthday last December and I credit her for helping me achieve that remarkable milestone.

We recently had a medical situation that put my wife in the hospital. Since I was elderly, housebound, and she was my care provider, we needed help. We called Always There HomeCare in Acton, explained our situation and asked if there was anything they could do. With little or no notice at all they asked questions to find out what services we needed and told us they were sure they could help us in our time of need. They would look at their schedule, make a few phone calls, make a few changes to fit us into the schedule, and get right back to us.
They were so positive about helping. Always There called right back and confirmed they would be happy to start providing all the care I needed right away. Fortunately, my wife only stayed in the hospital for three days and came home. The people who provided the services were so caring, personable, and helpful. They did everything we asked for, and more. Since then, we had a family emergency, where my wife had to leave over a weekend, and we immediately called Always There. Again, with little notice, they provided home services so she could be with family without having to worry about me. We were very pleased with the services Always There provided and would recommend them to anyone who may need home services or help in an emergency to consider giving them a call.
Always There took care of my father the last four months of his life. They met my father in advance to find a good caregiver match. They were kind, thoughtful, flexible, and available to give advice. Our caregiver was absolutely wonderful. I recommend them without reservation.
I cannot say enough positive things about Jeremy and his staff at Always There Homecare. They all take such excellent care of my Mom, while making her feel cared about. They always look for ways to keep her engaged- talking to her about things that interest her, bird watching, quilting, looking at photos and helping her use her tablet to play some games. They are very accommodating and flexible with schedule changes also. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Always There Homecare. They helped me care for my mom for 4 years while she was living in assisted living in Ayer. She suffered from dementia and was bed bound for the last 18 months of her life. This posed quite a challenge. I would have been unable to keep my mom in her apartment without these wonderful people.
