FAQ

What are the next steps?

  1. Tell us about your home care needs, preferences, special requirements, interests, schedule & expectations.
  2. After assessing your family’s needs, we will create a care plan together.
  3. We will then find the best caregiver to handle your specific needs.

What is the in-home assessment like?

Our initial meeting provides you with a free, no obligation, personalized consultation by one of our Care Supervisors. They will come visit you to better understand what your needs and wants are. We will take the time to answer any questions you and your family may have.

Who are your Caregivers?

We understand you need to feel comfortable with having somebody come into your home to provide care. All our caregivers are carefully screened to make certain we provide you with the highest quality of care. We background check, CORI, and perform a driving record check on all our employees. We would never send anyone into your home that we would not trust in our own home. Every caregiver will have a profile for you to review, so you will get to know a little about them before meeting them.

What will my Schedule be?

You set the schedule and we will deliver based on your needs. It is our job to assist you with your daily activities, keeping you safe and comfortable wherever you reside.

Can you provide Transportation?

Absolutely! We have many caregivers who can take you to appointments, errands, and many other places you may need to go.

Can you help me Care for my Pets?

Yes! We have many caregivers that are comfortable with pets and would be happy to assist you with their care as well.

Do you offer Post-Surgery care?

We do! We can pick you up from your surgery or meet you at your home. We can stay as long as you need to help you recover.

How much will in-home care cost?

In-home care costs can vary, depending on the type of care you require. Once we come to you for your in-home care assessment, we will be able to determine the type of care you need and the costs associated with that care.

How will my family and I pay for this care?

We are a private pay provider. We accept all long-term care insurances, and, in some cases, you may be able to submit to your health insurance directly for reimbursement.

What if I live outside of Massachusetts?

We have clients out of state – please ask us!
